My name is Russha Kai Williams, a stay at home mum managing between raising a God fearing, respectable, loving & HAPPY 2 year old boy (as he continues to grow healthily) and then, managing my company, “Perfect-Sea.”
I was born, bred and raised in the sweet isles of Trinidad and Tobago. Ever since I’ve known myself I’ve been fascinated and drawn towards most things pertaining to fitness, health and the human body. I began gymnastics at the tender age of 6, where I reached to the competitive level. After spending just about 11 years as a gymnast, I branched off into the field of dance. I was always intrigued by modern/contemporary dance. I’m a sucker for good, soulful music (mainly old school). Music does something to my body and I always feel the need to express it; through dance, stretching or some form of movement. I spent one and a half years performing with the Universoul Circus (US based), where I was able to represent my country (Trinidad and Tobago), on an international level. Currently, I’m a stretch/flexibility instructor, personal trainer and gymnastics coach (for over 10 years). I truly believe that the human body is the best form of art. When I began my company/brand “Perfect-Sea” years ago, my goal then (and now) has remained the same; to allow individuals to become comfortable with their bodies and for humans to recognize how amazing our bodies are, no matter the shape, structure or size. I am Perfect-Sea and I represent ART.

How did you begin this journey of flexibility and fitness?
I began the sport of Gymnastics at the tender age of 6 years where I spent just about 11 years, making it to Level 7. At age 14 i did the double duty as a Gymnast and a gymnastics coach, where I attained all the necessary qualifications. I’ve always had a love for the human body and the greatness it possesses. After spending years as a Gymnastics coach, I noticed I had a “thing” for assisting others in stretching and achieving their flexibility goals. This then gave me the idea to begin “flexibility” classes. I began at the tender age of 17 and I have continued up until this day. The journey has been long, but my love for it has only grown and I will continue to share my gift with those that are in need. Nothing makes me happier than knowing my work has assisted others in achieving goals and recover from injuries
How long does it take to attain a split?
This is a BIG question here. As someone born with natural flexibility and being an instructor, this is the MOST asked question. With that being said, it all depends on YOUR body, YOUR determination and YOUR drive. As I always say, “Rome, was not built in a day.” Everything takes time.. GREATNESS, takes time. Be patient with yourselves.
